How to request deletion
Email us from the address linked to your TrainFlow account with the subject line Account deletion request. We will verify your identity and process your request.

What we delete
- Your TrainFlow account and profile
- Chat history, strategies, and backtests stored in TrainFlow
- Connected broker account links and related metadata in TrainFlow
- Subscription and billing records tied to your account (as required by law, some payment records may be retained)
Before you delete
- Disconnect any live trading accounts in the app dashboard
- Export anything you want to keep (strategies, journal entries, etc.)
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
Processing time
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your account and associated data have been removed.
